河台金矿
河台金矿(产于元古宙变碎屑岩、泥质岩、碳酸盐岩中的金矿构造蚀变岩型亚类)。
河台金矿发现于1982年7月,位于高要县境内。它的发现,为在华南地区前泥盆纪地层,特别是混合岩化变质岩系中寻找同类矿床提供了范例。
在大地构造位置上,矿区位于吴川-四会断裂带与那蓬-悦城断裂带的交汇部位,矿区由震旦系C组混合岩化片岩、变粒岩、片麻岩、混合花岗岩组成,南侧为志留系和奥陶系浅变质的复理石建造。两者呈断层接触,含金千糜岩带赋存于断层北侧的混合岩化岩石和混合岩内(图4)。Zc 组岩石主要有二云母石英片岩、云母片岩和少量黑云母变粒岩、片麻岩等。片岩中普遍含夕线石。由于混合岩化作用普遍,因此常见新生的斜长石和微斜长石呈眼球状沿片理分布。

Group Zc rocks mainly have two mica quartz schist, mica schist and minor biotite granulite gneiss, etc.. Sillimanite commonly contain schist.
